Awards

Hors Concours Award from the VSA, granted to only a handfull of makers who managed to win three gold medals in three different competition years, awarded at the 2014 Violin Society of America's 20th International Competition for new instruments and bows in Indianapolis, Indiana. With this award, I have decided to retire from active competition. It was a fun ten year of competition!

Silver Medal for Violin Tone at the 2008 Violin Society of America's 17th International Competition for new instruments and bows in Portland, Oregon.

Silver Medal for Cello Tone at the 2010 Violin Society of America's 18th International Competition for new instruments and bows in Cleveland, Ohio.

Silver Medal for Cello Tone at the 2006 Violin Society of America's 16th International Competition for new instruments and bows in Baltimore, Maryland.

Silver Medal for Quartet of Instruments for Tone at the 2006 Violin Society of America's 16th International Competition for new instruments and bows in Baltimore, Maryland.

Bronze Medal for Violin, Tone and Workmanship at the 2009 12th International Triennale competition of string instruments "A. Stradivari" in Cremona, Italy.

Bronze Medal for Viola, Tone and Workmanship at the 2006 11th International Triennale competition of string instruments "A. Stradivari" in Cremona, Italy.
